What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a unique behavior change process that is delivered by behavior change specialists. It is tailored to an individual’s needs and strengths. The coach honors the coaching participant’s unique situation and experience to facilitate intentional health and wellness change.

It is a partnership collaboration between the coach and client where we work together to create solutions for whatever wellness area you would like to work on. Coaching is driven by goals and taking action; discovering strengths and using them to reach your goals.


 All wellness coaching services are 100% confidential, highly personalized and conveniently accessed. Wellness coaching sessions can be conducted face to face or via video chat on multiple platforms. 

The coaching program is 12-weeks with weekly sessions of 30 minutes except for the initial session which is 1-hour.
